MONDAY: This day was pretty boring. We just watched dance contest (it was not good!) and other activities in our school.

TUESDAY: (3:00 pm) We joined the I-BULSAYAW dance contest. It was acctually an accident. We were practicing for the dance contest for Wednesday but a guy approached us if we want to join the I-BULSAYAW dance contest. We are hesitant to join at first, since we don’t know what to dance and what music we were going to use. But the guy told us that the music we are going to use is the Mang Tomas I-bulsarap theme song.

Me: may cash price po ba?
Guy: oo
friend 1: magkano?
Guy: Php2,500
friend 2: tara sali na tayo. sayang din yung 2,500. haha
Me: kelan po ba yan sasayawin?
Guy: ngayon na. punta na lang kayo dun sa may congregating area kung ok na.
Me: hala! ngayon na agad? ano? sasali pa ba tayo?
Friend 3: oo sige. tara punta na tayo. pakinggan muna natin ung kanta tapos gawa na tayo ng step.

So, we went there..

Guy 2: sasali po ba kayo?
friend 1: yes. pero mamaya pa kasi papakinggan muna namin ung kanta. hindi pa kami ready.
Guy2: o sige.

umalis na si guy 2

Guys 3: sino na next na sasayaw?
friend 4: ano? tayo na? sayaw na tayo?
me: waaa! wala po tayong step eh.
friend 3: ok lang yan.. tayo na bahala dun. haha

Then, sumayaw na kami. The crowd was so loud! they were cheering for us. It was a SUCCESS! we danced really good and won the 1st place. haha!

6:00 pm

we watched the I-BULSARAP concert.

the guest bands were Imago, Kamikazee, and Parokya ni Edgar. unfortunately, hindi ko na napanood ung parokya kasi umuwi na ako. haha. But that was pretty FUN!

WEDNESDAY:

This is it! Garand Finals na. after a week long practice, the time has come! LOL Personally, I am not nervous or something. I was very confident that time. (FYI, ako nasa pinakaunahan sa formation namin sa sayaw. LOL kaya tapat na tapat saken mga judges. ) After our dance, I asked my friends if we did it well, unfortunately, they told me that it wasn’t that good. Meron daw matamlay sumayaw. Well, una pa lang alam na namin kung sino-sino un. haha! But I was still happy since they were all giving me compliments. It was really overwhelming.

To make the story short, we did’nt won! haha better luck next time.

Last Friday is the elimination round with the said contest. Fortunately, we passed! We will be competing for the grand finals this coming September 16, 2009. Wish us luck!

What happened with me for the past week?

This week is pretty busy.
I auditioned for CpE (Computer Engineering) Talents last Tuesday. Though I already tried auditioning with different dance groups and contests, I still felt nervous. haha! We danced individually and I was the first one to dance. My friends are cheering for me.

The result of the audition is not yet up. I am hoping to pass. Yes! I mean, I want to pass! We are expecting the result by next week.

So much for that. Yesterday, we practiced cheer dance for our practical exam in PE. We did the 6 mins cheer dance in just 1 day. And now, I am suffering from muscle pain! hmf!

Our prof walked out and you know what they did after that? they just laugh as if nothing happened. OMG! I hate them!

on the other hand, I love our English and PE class. obviously, they are my favorite subjects. You know what? I am loving my college than my HS days. You know almost everyday quizzes and lots of homework unlike now. Well I think, this is not yet the real college life. But I don’t care what will happen next. At least I am enjoying right now.

I am starting to put some pages in my “you” page. I made two premade wp-themes. haha. And I am so happy that Kaye used my theme for her tagalog/mini/private blog. LOL

Since super ginaganahan ako gumawa ng theme, ginawan ko na din ng theme si jenifaa. But unfortunately, ayaw umayos ng alignment ng sidebar at body kapag nilalagay ko na sa site nya. ewan ko nga kung baket. Kapag sakin naman, ayos na ayos. wahaha! So, I made another theme again. I used 3 columns for her base theme tapos edit edit na lang.
